Drift has an account overview page that shows you relevant account information such as your balance, open positions, and trading history.

To see the overview page, navigate to app.drift.trade and select the “Overview” tab in the top left corner of your screen.

Below is a summary of the different pages within the account overview page to get a better understanding of what each page has to offer.

‍Overview Page

‍Portfolio Value

This section showcases the total value of your Drift portfolio, which can be looked at in different time frames — 24 hours, 1 week, 30 days, and all time.

Here you can view the change in balance history, depending on the selected time frame.

The overview section also shows your current account health.

‍Assets & Liabilities

‍

Under “Positions” you can open positions under each market, for example SOL-PERP or ETH-PERP, as well as the size and direction of the trade, either long or short.

Traders can also view real-time P&L, measured in USD, as well as a “Close” button to close out a position.

Under “Balances” are specific collateral balances — both deposited collateral and borrowed collateral — as well your net collateral balance. 

“Unsettled P&L” displays the total profit or loss of your opened and closed PERP positions.

Markets

‍

The “Markets” section lists all the perpetual futures markets available on Drift.

If you want to learn more, browse through our perpetual futures guide.

Specifically, the “Markets” section shows the following details for each PERP market:

• oracle PERP price
• percentage change in price over the past 24 hours
• amount of PERP volume traded in the past 24 hours
• amount of funding in the past 24 hours 
• open interest

Balances Page

‍This page showcases the total value of your Drift portfolio and all of the collateral in your account.

You can also see how much you borrowed from the protocol, as well as the amount of unsettled P&L currently available.

Portfolio Page‍

The portfolio page shows the total value of your Drift portfolio as well as your all time P&L performance.

You are also able to view your P&L performance across different time frames — 24 hours, 1 week, 30 days, and all time. 

Additionally, you can get a sense of your account health and a detailed view of your daily P&L.

Positions Page

This page shows all the positions you currently have open and any orders that have yet to be filled.

The amount of unsettled P&L for each position is also visible in the bottom table so traders can claim directly.

History Page

The history page gives you a rich view of your entire trade history such as deposits, orders, trades, settled P&L, funding earned, and liquidations.

Subaccounts Page

Here, traders can view and manage all subaccounts from this page. 

You can name subaccounts and deposit/withdraw into and out of them separately, allowing you a high degree of flexibility when pursuing different trading strategies.

There’s a section at the bottom of the page that indicating in real-time how many of your subaccounts are at risk of liquidation.
